What's Great in Dayton: November 14 - 20, 2014

The K12 Gallery & TEJAS are hosting their 4th annual Art Off Fundraiser tonight from 7:00-10:30pm. Enjoy the spectacle of live art making along with artist demonstrations. Food, drinks, live music, and live & silent auctions.

Join the United Rehabilitation Services on Saturday, from 11 am - 5 pm for a crazy-fun 9-hole 9-bar indoor miniature golf outing. This is in downtown Dayton's Oregon District! Put together a team of four, grab a putter and ball and raise funds for children and adults with disabilities! Prizes for best team score and most creative team costumes.

The Twisted Holiday Cabaret is a fun fundraiser that will transport you back to the cabaret shows of 1920s, '30s and '40s. It is brought forward, with a mischievous, holiday twist! Antioch Writers Workshop will offer a free Writers Workshop on Sunday, from 2-3:30 pm at Books & Co. at The Greene. The topic will be "Handling Rejection" and it will be presented by Tim Waggoner.

A free concert is Sunday, at 4PM, Central Christian Church, 1200 Forrer Boulevard, Kettering. This inaugural concert features well-known local organist Lois Sutherland on the recently refurbished, partially digitized Schantz 3-manual pipe organ. The concert will include varied selections from the pipe organ repertoire.
