Carillon Park's Heritage Day is Sunday, May 28th

It's a Bird...It's a plane... it's the Super 5k of all! The Humane Society of Greater Dayton is fighting animal homelessness and on Saturday they are having a 5k run or walk. Afterwards they have flying high dog acts, a kids zone, food truck rally, beer and wine garden, live music and so much more!

There will be a special Air Force Museum Theatre screening of the 1978 musical phenomenon Grease on Sunday at 4:00 pm. When they unexpectedly discover they're now in the same high school, will they be able to rekindle their romance?

The Carillon Park family fun event includes musket firing, candle making, theatrical performances, gardening, woodworking, baking, high-wheel bicycle riding, and more. With the sun setting over, the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra will once again close Heritage Day. This is Sunday, 1:00 AM - 8:30 PM.

The Big Top Broadway Summer Camp is for MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS who want to expand their experience and training in theatre. Previous theatre or dance experience is not required to participate! This is in June.

The Randolph Freed People From Slavery to Settlement is an exhibit that features the dramatic story of the 383 slaves who in 1846 were emancipated from a Virginia plantation and journeyed to the Miami Valley Ohio. Explore their history as they move through a grueling pilgrimage, to settling into a new way of life and through generations and community building that still holds importance. This is at the National Afro-American Museum & Cultural Center in Wilberforce.
