Tour de Dayton

The Downtown Adventure Night is tonight. Get ready to experience your city in a whole new way. There are dozens of fun, active lifestyle-themed activities and there will be plenty of action waiting for you at Courthouse Square, Second Street, RiverScape MetroPark, and other downtown locations at this jam-packed urban adventure!

Dayton History's Old Case Files courtroom drama is now open. The murder trial reenactment is the 1896 case of Albert Frantz who is accused of shooting his lover. You will learn what law and order was like in our city at the turn of the 20th century. This is an interactive courtroom drama at the Old Montgomery County Court House and the final events are tonight, Saturday and Sunday.

The Tour de Dayton is a roll along Dayton's bike friendly neighborhood streets, experiencing cultural and historical destinations that promote our growing healthy quality of life! It is Saturday, 9AM-3PM.

The Baby Boomer Festival is Saturday at St. Leonard Franciscan Living Community in Centerville. This is a vibrant celebration combining live music, food, drinks, shopping, and more. It is themed around the culture of the Baby Boomer generation and there is no charge to attend!

For nearly 60 years Aullwood has been a treasured resource to the local community. As a benefit to local residents and friends, on Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 pm, the Aullwood Farm and Center is open and there is no cost. Thanks with support from the City of Union and the City of Vandalia.

Charlie Campbell wants to spread the news of so many wonderful aspects in the greater Dayton area. He is a cheerleader and a real believer that our area is the place to be. He has been active in this area for almost 40 years and you can hear him weekly at WYSO.
