The Ice Rink at Riverscape Metropark
RiverScape MetroPark is hosting several events this weekend

Downtown's RiverScape MetroPark is coming to life with this year's first installment of Pickin' in the Park from 6 to 10 pm tonight. And on Saturday e-Scape begins with Fitness in the Park workouts, Grass Roots Enrichment programs and Music @ Lunch. Check it out in metroparks.org and search for Riverscape

Come out and enjoy the season opener of The Signature: A Poetic Medley Show at the Loft Theatre tonight. Bar opens at 8:00pm; show starts at 9p.m. The first full production immerses edgy New York insight with Southern The Art Of Word imagination. This 2 hour production will also provide a variety of local poets, singers and visual arts.

The 25th Celebration of the Peace Bridge Walk is on Saturday. Meet at 10:00am at Sinclair's Automotive Building. There will be an opening program geared towards youth and adults alike. Then the historic 25th Peace Bridge March across the river into the Sinclair Campus where there will be some workshops and a closing ceremony.

Find out why downtown Dayton is the hottest, most in-demand address. The Downtown Housing Tour is on Saturday from 1 to 5pm. With hundreds of new housing units currently under construction there's never been a better time to think about living in downtown Dayton!

May is National Bike Month! Whether you are a seasoned cycling commuter or a first-time trail rider, you can celebrate the culture and the fun of biking in Dayton which is a Bronze Level Bicycle Friendly Community. Check it out in metroparks.org and search for Cycling

And finally, FootGolf is a combination of two popular sports, Soccer and Golf! The goal is to get your soccer ball in the cup with the lest amount of kicks possible. It's played very similar to golf, but the holes are shortened, and the cups are 21 inches in diameter! Players of all ages will get a kick out of playing this at the Kittyhawk Golf Center!
