SICSA Pet Adoption Center is doing a "Recycle-A-Bull" on today, tomorrow and Sunday. All Bully breeds will have a discounted adoption fee. Welcome spring with kite stories, kite building and kite flying during the Kite Tales event from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. You can also watch the incredible sport of indoor kite flying by watching some fly their kites indoors with no wind!
