What's Great in Dayton: April 13 - 19, 2018

A Used Library Furniture Sale with items individually priced, garage sale style, or best offer accepted at the first floor of the Dayton Metro Library Operations Center (formerly the Temporary Main Library), 120 S. Patterson Boulevard. Saturday, 10am - 4pm and Sunday, 1-4pm.

The Front Street Outdoor Market & Open Art Studios features antiques and collectibles, artists and artisans, handmade and recycled items, produce and fresh baked goods, food trucks and live acoustic music. Come for the Market, stay for the Art. Come for the Art, stay for the Market. Sunday, 11 am - 4pm.

He has holes in his shoes and liver on the dinner table, but all teenage Eugene Jerome can think of is girls, baseball and writing-in that order. There's hardly a moment's peace in a house filled with his domineering mother, over-worked father, and worldly older brother, not to mention his widowed aunt and her two maturing daughters. This play is Brighton Beach Memories and is at The Human Race Theater now through April 22.

Warped Wing is giving something back to the local community and supporting local non-profit organizations that do so much to benefit Dayton. On every Tuesday in April, Warped Wing will donate  to Crayons to Classrooms for every pint sold.
