Don Patterson Reelected Mayor Of Kettering

Don Patterson
City of Kettering

In the race for Kettering city mayor, a three-way challenge has ended with the incumbent, Don Patterson keeping his seat. His challengers were 25-year old Nuponu Gorneleh and 69-year-old Michael Barnett.

Barnett’s candidacy seemed to be based on personal issues with city government and disputes over services and taxation.

Gorneleh has called for more transparency in city government and revitalizing businesses and public schools.

Don Patterson has been the Mayor of the City of Kettering since 2005, and has served on City Council since 1998.
