Detroit's Destroy This Place On Keeping It Simple For a Big Sound

Doug Coombe

Already familiar with each other's playing and friends from the Detroit music scene, the members of Destroy This Place found it easy to combine musical forces as the band came together.  Ahead of their local performance, Destroy This Place's Ryan Allen spoke with Kaleidoscope host Juliet Fromholt about the band's early days, their new album and embracing a heavier sound.

Destroy This Place performs at Blind Bob's on Friday, July 26th with Oh Condor, Yakuza Heart Attack, Perhaps and Brujas del Sol.
