The annual event, featuring a Belgian Beer Garden, live music, and a silent auction, is turning twenty-five this year, and whileFluers de Fete proceeds benefit Dayton History, they are donating portions of the profits to A Special Wish Foundation and a culinary arts scholarship at Sinclair Community College Culinary Arts.

To find out more about Dayton’s legacy of alcohol production, we spoke with Tonya Brock, director and brewster at the Carillon Brewing Company.
