Sunsong Holdings, Inc. is the US subsidiary of Qingdao Sunsong located in Qingdao, China. In China, the company manufactures a variety of automotive hoses and assemblies.

In the press release, Chairman of Qingdao Sunsong Co., LTD, Wei Zengxiang, said, “The acquisition of Harco is an important step in the further global expansion of Sunsong. The similarities of the two companies and the value placed on employees, honesty, safety, and quality makes this a perfect fit. With manufacturing in the two largest automotive markets, the continued growth and success of Sunsong is well positioned for years to come.”

The purchase comes as China-based Fuyao Glass America continues renovations on the old GM Assembly Plant in Moraine.
