Ohio Governor to Announce Job Training Initiative

Ohio Taking Death Penalty Case to US Supreme Court

Ohio officials say the state is asking the U.S. Supreme Court for a ruling that Ohio's protocol for carrying out lethal injections is constitutional.

Gov. John Kasich and Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said in a statement yesterday that the state will ask the high court to reverse a federal appeals court decision delaying the Wednesday execution of Charles Lorraine.

Live on Kaleidoscope: Nine False Suns

Nine False Suns

Nine False Suns combines rock and roll, reggae, jazz and funk into their own unique sound like allows them to explore all sorts of musical territory.  The band is planning a lot of activity for 2012 including recording and more live shows. 

You can see Nine False Suns perform at Canal Street Tavern on February 4th as part of the Dayton Does Dayton music festival.
