She finds that opinion differ on the potential economic impact by the latest move by the Tea Party to make Ohio a "Right To Work" state. She says while the outcome of Issue 3, the ballot issue that allow Ohioans to opt-out of the federal health care mandate, doesn't mean much now on the federal level, but could affect the state's preparation for the changes.
