Bomb squad called to Enon Thursday morning

The Dayton Bomb Squad was called to Clark County Thursday morning.

A suspicious package was discovered around 7 a.m. near the Speedway/GasAmerica headquarters building in Enon.

Around 10:30 a.m. the bomb squad detonated the package. Authorities are not releasing information on what was inside.

Because the package was found on the road leading up to the building, employees arriving for work were stopped from entering. Police did not evacuate anyone already inside.

No injuries were reported.
