Every Wednesday night Juliet Fromholt talks to musicians, filmmakers, and artists from the Miami Valley and beyond and more often than not, you're treated to a set of music performed live in the WYSO studios.  You'll also hear some of the best music from emerging artists and old favorites from around the world.

Good English Unveil Radio Wires

Elizabeth, Celia and Leslie Rasmussen make a return visit to the WYSO studios ahead of the release of Radio Wires, Good English's first full length album.  The sisters shared some of the album's tracks and talked about the recording process, the advantages of working with family, and future plans for the band.

Radio Wires comes out August 27th.  Good English will celebrate the album's release on August 24th at Blind Bob's.

The Ghost Wolves Bring Complex Rock and Roll From Austin to Dayton

Carley and Jonny Wolf are The Ghost Wolves, an Austin-based band that will be traveling to the Miami Valley in the midst of a busy, cross-country tour. Jonny Wolf spoke with Kaleidoscope host Juliet Fromholt ahead of the duo's appearance in Dayton and discussed musical influences, recording, and life on the road.

The Ghost Wolves will perform at South Park Tavern with Todd the Fox on Friday, August 2nd.

Pett Crow Live on Kaleidoscope

Pett Crow is a young band that's been making regional waves in the past few years.  Wes Crow, Julia Crow and Brandon Pettiford have already traveled to the International Blues Challenge in Memphis and have had a busy summer of festivals and club gigs including opening stints for Royal Southern Brotherhood and Delbert McClinton.  Pett Crow visited the WYSO studios for a live performance and spoke with Kaleidoscope host Juliet Fromholt about recording, the artists that inspire them and future musical plans.

Detroit's Destroy This Place On Keeping It Simple For a Big Sound

Already familiar with each other's playing and friends from the Detroit music scene, the members of Destroy This Place found it easy to combine musical forces as the band came together.  Ahead of their local performance, Destroy This Place's Ryan Allen spoke with Kaleidoscope host Juliet Fromholt about the band's early days, their new album and embracing a heavier sound.

Oh Condor Live on Kaleidoscope

In the years since changing their name to Oh Condor, the band has released an EP via Gas Daddy Go records and is figuring out how best to release a collection of newer and older songs.  Three members of the band visited the WYSO studios to perform acoustic versions of their songs ahead of a performance at Blind Bob's.

Oh Condor performs at Blind Bob's on Friday, July 26th with Destroy This Place, Yakuza Heart Attack, Perhaps and Brujas del Sol.
