- The largest structure in downtown Springfield, the Crowell-Collier Building, once home to one of the biggest publishing companies in the country, is being demolished. But the project hasn't gone as planned as several court-ordered deadlines have been missed, and for some it’s considered controversial. The Mosier Industrial Services Corp. bought the building for $1.5 million in 2011. WYSO's Wayne Baker spoke with the company's project manager, Russell Watts, about the demolition effort.
- Central State University has a couple of events coming up worth noting – both deal with health and education, and to tell us the details we spoke with Edwina Blackwell-Clark in the Central State communications office.
