If you need to get rid of some old documents then MONCO Secure Document Destruction and Scanning will host a FREE opportunity to shred personal documents, old tax information and confidential papers from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday, at their shredding operations center, 700 Liberty Lane, Dayton. The building is located immediately behind the West Carrollton YMCA.

Do you have an interesting property that you own or manage?  Would you like producers and location scouts to know that you're open for film business? FilmDayton is building a regional location database to assist films in finding the perfect spot! Whatever you own - a farm or a forest; a hotel or house; a storefront or a stone quarry; they want to help you promote it to filmmakers. Submit photos of your property and let's tell production companies that the Miami Valley is open for business and we have the beautiful architecture, history, and open space they may want for the next feature film!

My wife, Molly D. Campbell has written a book titled Characters In Search of a Novel and a book reviewer says “It is a charming collection of fascinating character portraits from small town America. It celebrates an originality of spirit that is refreshing, especially in our cynical, pop culture saturated age. She displays keen insight and shrewd humor in depicting these quirky characters that, we hope, will secure their own prospective novels. The character illustrations by Randy Palmer are inspired.”

Gotta go….
