The Downtown Dayton YMCA Open House is tomorrow,  Saturday, from 10am - 2pm! Try out their fitness equipment, tour the facility, sample the natural juices from the Mann Power Cafe and more! Open to all, come check out what the Downtown Y has to offer!

Dayton History's 20th Annual Ringing in the Holidays is Saturday evening from 7-10pm. While making your rounds, check out the specialty coffee bar and the signature martini for some delicious drinks. Be sure to stop at the photo booth and capture a memory with a special guest. Don't miss out on the holiday fun!

If you are a lover of the TV show Mad Men then you are no stranger to the scandals and cocktails. But the literary references throughout the show may be something you missed. There are countless literary references throughout the show's six and a half seasons. A Wright State professor will discuss the literature of Mad Men at Wright Memorial Public Library in Oakwood on Sunday at 2:00 p.m.

There is a proposal that the old Montgomery County Fairgrounds would be totally changed and become the Midtown District. The Miller-Valentine Group has already received inquiries from retailers and office users interested in it. Now they want to know what you would like to see at Midtown. Take their survey and let them know.

The holidays is right around the corner. The For Love of Children's annual holiday project provides new toys and gifts to thousands of children every year. Look for barrels located throughout the Miami Valley with the For Love Of Children logo. Unwrapped gifts and toys put into those barrels will go directly to a child who will celebrate the holidays because of you. On your Facebook find FLOC….For Love Of Children
