What's Great in Dayton: May 31 - June 6, 2013

Dayton Gay Men's Chorus 2010

The Montgomery County Bark Park Bake Sale is Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Don't miss this delicious, mouthwatering excuse to support the Montgomery County Animal Resource Center! It is located behind the Animal Resource Center at 6794 Webster Street in Dayton.

Dayton Gay Men's Chorus presents Turn it UP on Saturday at the Victoria Theatre. An entertaining yet thought-provoking expedition through the Dayton Gay Men's Chorus's ten year journey!

On Sunday the Tecumseh Land Trust will be holding its 23rd Annual Meeting beginning at 2pm!  The meeting will take place on John and Lynda Pauley's beautiful farm, composed of wetlands, prairies, and woods - truly a Clark County treasure.

At the end of June the Cityfolk Festival will be happening. It takes thousands of hours of volunteer time to pull together the three-day celebration of music, dance, culture and the City of Dayton Fireworks display. Be a volunteer to help this most important festival. Go to cityfolk.org and find the “Volunteer”

Only 39 seats remain for Neon's upcoming special screening of GIRL RISING.  The screening is set to take place one time on Wednesday, June 5 at 7:30.
