Niki….are you getting ready for Mother’s Day???

Downtown Dayton tonight is Urban Nights from 5 to 10 p.m. More than 30,000 people are expected to pack the streets, so come join the fun and experience your downtown!

One special trip tonight is at the Dayton International Peace Museum. Several students of the Dayton STEM school will be there talking about the art they created in a new exhibit "Why We Need to Work for Peace: Student Perspectives on Conflict and Genocide".

And if you like jazz then you must be wandering around this evening. Pop in The Kettering Tower at Mr. Hyman’s; then buzz over in the Wright Dunbar Neighborhood in several places; The Dayton Public Library and The De’Lish Cafe on Main Street. Various Jazz bands in all these spots.

Want to be in a movie??? On Sunday from 5 – 7 they are filming a documentary featuring our local poet Paul Laurence Dunbar. A courtroom scene will be shot in the historic Old Courthouse in Downtown Dayton. The director is in search of 20-30 extras - men and women in business attire. The Little Exchange, in Oakwood is in “Full Bloom" and on Saturday they are making discounts for great gifts for Mom and the graduate, including scarves, hats, handbags, lotions, shoes.

The first Eco-Rehabarama event is taking place now. There are ten homes located in one of the original sections of Huber Heights. And they now meet or exceed today's standards for safe, comfortable, efficient and sustainable living. The show is FREE and open to the public. These aren't your father's Huber Homes...
