Mixed News for Dayton-Area Home Sales

Dayton-area home sales are going up.  Figures released from the Dayton Area Board of Realtors show a 4 percent increase in home sales in January; that’s compared to January 2011.

However, The Dayton Business Journal reports that average home prices have fallen in the past year.     They are down 4.2 percent from 2011 to an average of $97,600.
