SPRINGFIELD– A fire that broke out early this morning in a Springfield warehouse is now under control.
The blaze at the building owned by Kapp Construction began around 2:30 a.m. The intense fire could be seen for several blocks.
According to WHIO-TV, Mike Hamilton, a controller for Kapp Construction, said no one was near the building and there wasn't much of a material loss. The warehouse was primarily used for storage and is likely a total loss.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
