This spring marks the opening of year four for the 3rd on Third Outdoor Market. The market, which takes place on East Third Street on the edge of downtown Dayton, features local businesses, artisans, foodtrucks and more. Organizer Peter Benkendorf visited the WYSO studios to talk with Niki Dakota about what how this grassroots effort has grown and what visitors can expect this season.
