The Richter Uzur Duo features Viktor Uzur on cello and Brad Richter on guitar. Uzur and Richter visited the WYSO studio ahead of their performance at the University of Dayton and performed several live songs on Excursions. The duo chats with Niki Dakota about what brought them together as musical partners and how they make their two instruments work together in composition. Their latest album, String Theory, is available now.
Since their last visit to the WYSO studios, Sohio has been busy writing and recording. The band made a return visit to the WYSO studios to perform live ahead of an appearance at Peaches Grill in Yellow Springs. They chatted with Kaleidoscope host Juliet Fromholt about their work on a forthcoming album and summer plans.

North Dixie Drive is the portrait of a neighborhood that's been a long time in the making. Filmmaker Eric Mahoney was inspired by his in-laws, Israeli immigrants who own a body shop on the title street, and thought about documenting the place for several year before taking the plunge to make the film.
