Funding en Clark County WIC Program to Lose Funding <p>The Clark County Women, Infants and Childrens&#39; program or WIC, will be cut by more than $240,000 and officials expect to close at least one office or lay off staff.</p><p>The nutrition program plans to close its New Carlisle office and is considering moving the operation into donated rental space.</p><p>WIC helps poor families pay for formula, canned or frozen fruits and vegetables, milk and bread.
