It marks the 50th year after his death.<br><br>Moore was the boxing icon that inspired the Bob Dylan song; "Who Killed Davey Moore?"<br>&nbsp;<br>Moore was born in Springfield.&nbsp; He used boxing to climb out of Clark County to eventually compete in the Olympics and later become the featherweight champion of the world. It requires coaches, volunteers and officials in youth sports organizations to have players who show concussion-like symptoms sit out games or practices until they're checked and cleared by a doctor or licensed health care provider. The Dayton Daily News reports that for the affected districts, the average increase is more than 100 percent.</p><p>The Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Valley View and Vandalia Butler school districts are all facing increases.
