Dayton Daily News en UD's St. Patrick's Parties Less Rowdy <p>Authorities say University of Dayton student neighborhoods toned down their St. Patrick's Day partying this year.</p><p>School officials said in a statement Monday night that students celebrated responsibly overall. All Penn National Gaming establishments require employees to be non-smokers.
