Learn fundamental postures, breathing techniques, and basic principles of yoga as a means to build strength, increase flexibility and reduce stress. Please wear comfortable clothing, come with an empty stomach and bring a yoga mat if possible. We do have mats to borrow if needed. Cost for four week series is: $35 for members $45 for non-members. This series classes is subject to a minimum registration of 5 persons 48 hours prior to the start of the series.
